Decathlon France — Retail & Marketing
Problem
The loyalty program lacked a single view of customer behavior. Marketing needed evidence on retention, churn, and engagement to run campaigns and allocate budget.
Approach
Built an analytics foundation from marketing and CRM data. Designed lifecycle dashboards and segmentation (RFM, CLV); introduced an experimentation framework for campaign evaluation.
Outcome
Marketing gained a clear view of behavior and campaign performance. Segmentation and targeting improved; dashboards became the reference for planning.
